Assistant Director

The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, to achieve Learning Care Group's safety vision. In the Director's absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school. The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children Our Assistant Directors are: Accountable! Job Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age Must have at least 2 years of Assistant Director experience in a licensed child care facility Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements. Minimum of 15 semester units in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development from an accredited college, which must include 3 units in administration or staff relations. A Bachelor's degree in ECE or a related field is preferred. Compensation based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.

Assistant Director:

$24.18 to $25.12 per hour Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workers
