Job Description

Our client is seeking for a dynamic Project Manager to oversee our commercial construction projects at our San Diego Office. We are looking for strong background in GC, construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements. Review, select, and manage subcontractors and construction teams. Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints. Delegate tasks to project team(s) as needed. Prepare and present project reports to clients and senior management. Address any issues or delays that arise during the construction process. Maintain high standards of quality and performance throughout the project lifecycle. Effectively communicate with all members of the project team before, during, and after project completion. Additional duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum of four (4) years of experience in construction project management. Strong background in commercial tenant improvement. Strong knowledge of GC, construction processes, materials, and legal regulations. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Proficiency in project management software and tools (MS Project preferred). PMP or similar certification is a plus.
