Key Qualifications:

One of the following certifications: CRCST (Healthcare Sterile Processing Association), CSPDS (Certification Board for Sterile Processing & Distribution), or CSPM (Certification Board for Sterile Processing & Distribution) At least 3 years of leadership experience Minimum 5 years of sterile processing experience in a hospital setting Demonstrated skills in financial analysis and reporting specific to sterile processing Bachelor's degree in a related healthcare field or a minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day oversight for the sterile processing team, fostering high standards of safety and efficiency Monitor and optimize departmental workflows, ensuring compliance and best practices Oversee staff scheduling, performance management, and ongoing training initiatives Conduct comprehensive financial analyses and prepare reports to support operational decision-making Serve as a knowledgeable leader in maintaining strict adherence to sterilization protocols and regulatory standards
