- OVERVIEW
- Develop and implement tactical and strategic marketing plans for the HIT business unit and ensure that programs support business unit objectives and company financial goals.
Continually evaluate the effectiveness of marketing promotions and programs, and modify marketing plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions. Continuously drive and increase brand awareness and customer mind share. Drive the business through cross functional engagement to meet booking, billing and profitability targets for HIT BU. Effectively align HIT BU and cross-functional resources with targeted market segments to develop high customer loyalty and improved price/value performance. Provide leadership to help modality promote and develop differentiating value proposition for clinical applications. Develop and implement new marketing support materials that promote product technical, clinical and scientific capabilities in close collaboration with HIT BU. Work with modality BUs to develop multimodality value through Radiology, Cardiology, Oncology, Neurology and Pediatrics care pathways. Work with CMSU modality BUs, CMSU
SCMI, CMSU
Clinical Collaborations and CINC HIT organizations (such as CMI, Olea, and others) to ensure seamless introduction and launch of new products into the US markets. Work with CMSU Clinical Collaborations team to maximize after market research and clinical evidence generation on HIT products and solutions. Mentor and build a world class
CMSU HIT
team of product managers and clinical marketing managers.
- RESPONSIBILITIES
- This is a remote office position, based in the USA,
- + Develop, recommend and implement marketing programs and policies that meet business unit objectives and achieve maximum results.
Ensure the program's success through market segmentation, messaging, and positioning.
+ Continually monitor market to determine market size, CMSU's potential market share and the effectiveness of marketing programs and special promotions. Where necessary, adjust terms and conditions of these programs and promotions.
+ Manage the collection and analysis of competitive information, and develop marketing strategies to improve market share.
+ Oversee the development and continuous improvement of sales tools, brochures and videos.
+ Performance management, including but not limited to coaching, development, counseling, and corrective action.
+ Develop department budget and ensure adherence to such.
+ Make decisions on pricing changes and special marketing promotions.
+ Liaison with CINC BUs on new product introduction planning and product roadmaps. Implementation of voice of the customer feedback process to CINC through collaboration with the cross functional team including but not limited to clinical collaborations, applications and service.
+ Lead BU product launches in the US in collaboration with CINC and the global teams as required.
+ Maintain relationship with key luminaries to help drive the BU mind share.
+ Identify and implement best practices within the BU team and guide the BU team for continuous market success and growth.
+ Solicit input from field sales and applications personnel regarding product issues; develop and recommend corrective actions and convey these to CINC engineering.
+ Make sure that tactical and strategic marketing plans are communicated to all levels of the organization through normal managerial routes.
+ Meet with customers frequently to promote CMSU capabilities and provide data driven recommendations for future marketing material development and ongoing business improvement.
+ Identify growth opportunities in current marketing offerings and develop/direct business plans to continuously expand our segment product/service portfolio including negotiations and agreements with CINC companies and third party vendors.
+ Meet with Global business units periodically to assure proper alignment of marketing requirements and development roadmaps focused on USA market requirements.
+ Develop high impact trade show messaging, and assure appropriate show attendance and industry/customer feedback.
- QUALIFICATIONS
- + Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
+ Demonstrated ability to design and implement strategic plans that have led to improved business operations, profitability and efficiency.
+ Proficiency with windows-based software.
+ Health Care IT and/or Advanced Visualization experience.
+ A valid and current state driver's license is required. + 4 Year Bachelor's Degree. + 10 years Combined marketing management, product management and field based experience in a Diagnostic Imaging company. + 10+ years Additional Clinical/Research experience. +
Pay Information:
Min $155,900 to Max $251,000 DOE \#LI-LP1 \#LI-Remote
