By collaborating with families and professionals, Vista provides high-quality, individualized services rooted in the principles and research of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We are seeking a dedicated ABA Clinical Supervisor to oversee behavioral therapy services in a hybrid setting, offering both part-time and full-time opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral health, working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism. This role involves supervising clinical staff, conducting assessments, and ensuring compliance with medical and privacy standards while delivering exceptional patient care within a dynamic team environment. Duties Provide clinical supervision to behavior analysts and therapists, ensuring adherence to ABA principles and ethical guidelines. Conduct diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans. Oversee data collection processes to monitor client progress and inform treatment adjustments. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support client goals and ensure effective communication. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining accurate medical documentation and records. Participate in intake procedures for new clients, including behavioral health evaluations and service planning. Support staff training on medical terminology, documentation protocols, and best practices in patient care. Maintain a positive team environment that fosters professional growth, accountability, and high-quality service delivery. Experience Proven experience in behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), or related fields working with children or individuals with disabilities. Demonstrated expertise in working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities. Strong background in data collection methods, patient assessment techniques, and diagnostic evaluation procedures. Familiarity with medical documentation standards, HIPAA compliance, and medical terminology relevant to behavioral health settings. Experience supervising clinical staff or providing training within a healthcare or educational environment is preferred. Knowledge of special education practices and behavioral health protocols enhances effectiveness in this role. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Master's Degree - Completed or BCBA
  • 1-2 years experience in the ABA field
  • Valid Driver's License and auto insurance
  • Reliable transportation
  • Proof of legal residence/work authorization (I-9)
  • LiveScan background check and a current TB Clearance
  • Punctuality and excellent attendance
  • Open to feedback, consistency, patience and excellent communication skills
  • Experience taking data, conducting assessments & writing progress reports
  • CPI (or equivalent) certification
