Manager, Global Toys/Hardlines Licensing Paramount Global Products & Experiences Overview The Manager, Global Hardlines Licensing oversees and grows licensed partnerships across the entire Paramount portfolio. This role is in charge of spearheading domestic and global toy strategies, coordinating with regional stakeholders, and managing the day-to-day execution of the hardlines/toy category business initiatives. Responsibilities Strategic Execution Work with the Director of Global Hardlines to formulate and implement category strategies that meet long-term brand plans and financial goals Business Development Identify, develop, and implement new business initiatives Analyze, pitch, and negotiate new deals and renewals to increase the existing licensee base Financial Management Develop quarterly revenue estimates and budgets Lead all quarterly forecasts and business reviews, monitoring sales results to ensure revenues meet budgetary goals Product Development Serve as the daily lead with the Global Creative Group to coordinate all product development benchmarks, including product approvals and rush requests Licensee Support Act as the primary driver to provide support, information, and materials for licensees to enhance product innovation and retail expansion Retail Collaboration Collaborate with Retail Development teams to track performance, supporting licensees in actively pitching for all key seasonal windows Internal Synergy Liaise with Consumer Product business leaders, Brand Management & Marketing, Finance, and Legal to drive unified category strategies Relationship Management Oversee the day-to-day relationship with licensees and internal regional leads, providing support throughout the contract management process Reporting & Communication Maintain weekly updates with internal and external collaborators Prepare and present business updates for senior leadership Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree 5 - 7+ years working within the toy industry and an entertainment licensing role Demonstrated ability to think strategically and contribute to complex projects with a clear commercial vision Robust knowledge of Paramount's brand position and the North American/Global retail environment Established relationships with toy manufacturers across a variety of categories Comprehensive knowledge of licensees' production and creative capabilities Experience in product line planning Solid financial acumen with the ability to synthesize and assess data Proficient in managing P&L and revenue forecasting Exemplary sales, negotiation, and communication skills People-oriented and able to lead or contribute to diverse teams Robust organizational and project management skills Ability to multi-task and adapt to competing priorities Advanced in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Domestic and international travel may be required Paramount Skydance Corporation (

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range:
$75,000.00 - 110,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
