- Guest Experience Leadership
- Proactively anticipate guest needs and deliver exceptional service aligned with Vail Resorts' "Experience of a Lifetime" promise. Monitor Guest Experience (GX) feedback and implement timely follow-ups and service improvements.
- Product & Sales Strategy
- Lead the strategic management of Ticket, Season Pass, and Ski & Snowboard School offerings, ensuring product accuracy and availability across all sales locations. Administer guest data collection protocols and oversee the creation, monitoring, and optimization of departmental KPIs to drive performance and guest satisfaction.
- Talent Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, and schedule staff with a focus on building high-performing teams. Set clear goals and expectations, provide ongoing coaching and feedback, and conduct mid-season and end-of-season evaluations. Foster a culture of employee engagement, accountability, and continuous development.
- Financial Stewardship
- Prepare, manage, and monitor departmental budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and alignment with business objectives. Make data-informed decisions to optimize resources and drive profitability.
- Technology & Systems Integration
- Effectively utilize Vail Resorts' enterprise systems including RPOS, Guest Connect, Workday, SuccessFactors, Coupa, The Lift, and Concur. Partner with corporate IT to test and implement POS software upgrades, ensuring operational readiness and system optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Build strong partnerships with Ski & Snowboard School, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Mountain Activities, and other departments to align strategies, share insights, and drive collective success.

- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required; some college preferred
- 2+ years, hiring, onboarding, and coaching a team of employees.
- 3-5 years' supervisory experience in a related field
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft applications
- Flexibility to work both inside and outside with exposure to the elements
- Flexible schedule
