Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 7 years of experience in Partner Management, Business Development, Sales, or Channel Development in the technology or enterprise industry.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA or Master's degree in a related field. Experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries. Experience negotiating and managing agreements or partnerships. Extensive experience leading cross-functional partnership initiatives with a significant impact on business outcomes. Proven ability to identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic partnership opportunities that align with business objectives. Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with a track record of securing favorable terms and building consensus. In this role, you will be a critical part of the fast paced, complex, and strategic product area, as we are looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager to help drive product success with impactful partnerships. You will possess strong strategic business development and relationship-building skills and be effective at communicating with both business and technical leaders. You will be comfortable balancing multiple priorities, understanding products at a technical level, developing and executing strategic plans, making independent judgments, working across functions with internal and external partners, negotiating partnership agreements, and managing long-term partner relationships. You will have fun, learn a lot, and work with great colleagues.

The Global Partnerships team supports Google's own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google's user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $141,000-$204,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Evaluate new business opportunities and develop partnerships strategy and strategic business plans, sizing market opportunity, competitive landscape, identifying relevant partners in different regions. Pitch to internal stakeholders and external partners globally; structure and close agreements. Manage partner relationships globally to launch the agreement in collaboration with partner executives, and cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, UX, Legal, Finance, Marketing and Sales.
