Mid-to-Senior M&A Associate | Denver, Colorado About the Opportunity A well-established, Colorado-based full-service law firm is seeking a mid-to-senior M&A associate to join its growing transactional practice. With approximately 60 attorneys across a broad range of disciplines, the firm has built a strong regional reputation for sophisticated work paired with a sustainable, lifestyle-friendly model that stands in deliberate contrast to traditional Big Law. This is an active, immediate need. The firm has steady, diversified deal flow and is well-positioned to absorb a strong senior associate quickly. The Work Sophisticated M&A transactions across a range of industries and deal sizes Direct partner exposure and meaningful client contact from day one Steady deal flow that supports both immediate engagement and long-term practice development A platform that supports associates who want to grow into a book of their own over time Qualifications 4 to 8 years of experience (large firm or sophisticated boutique experience a bonus) Strong technical foundation in private company M&A, including drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and ancillary documents Entrepreneurial mindset and genuine interest in long-term practice building Colorado bar admission What the Firm Offers Sustainable billable hour target Sophisticated transactional work with consistent deal flow Significant autonomy and a clear runway for practice development Base salary commensurate with experience, plus a tiered hourly bonus that rewards productivity Collegial, lifestyle-friendly culture across Colorado offices
