Position Summary:
The M&A Integration Project Manager supports our COO by leading the planning and execution of post-acquisition integrations across our AEC portfolio. This role is responsible for driving disciplined project management, governance, and cross-functional coordination to ensure newly acquired firms are integrated efficiently while preserving operational excellence, technical quality, and culture. The ideal candidate brings strong project management expertise, experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, and the ability to operate confidently with executive leadership. This role will serve as the central hub for integration activities, using Monday.com as the primary project tracking and reporting platform.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Typical duties include but are not limited to: Lead end-to-end integration efforts from pre-close planning through post-close execution and stabilization Develop and maintain detailed integration plans, timelines, dependencies, milestones, and risk logs Translate integration goals into actionable workstreams across operations, finance, HR, IT, marketing, business development, facilities, and technical teams Ensure integration activities align with strategic objectives set by the COO and executive leadership Establish and reinforce structured integration governance, decision-making frameworks, and escalation paths Track progress, manage risks, and ensure accountability across internal teams and acquired firms Maintain documentation, issue logs, and decision records to support transparent execution Serve as the central point of contact for integration activities between corporate leaders and acquired businesses Coordinate closely with Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Marketing, Business development, facilities, and Technical Leadership Facilitate productive working sessions, integration check-ins, and executive updates Build, maintain, and optimize integration project boards, dashboards, and workflows in Monday.com Provide clear, concise status reports and executive-level summaries for the COO and leadership team Use data and metrics to identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement Promote a respectful, relationship-driven integration approach that recognizes the history, culture, and strengths of acquired firms Build and maintain strong working relationships with leaders of acquired firms to support trust, transparency, business continuity, and long-term integration success
Skills & Abilities:
Highly organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-moving environments Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Able to balance tactical execution with strategic context Professional, pragmatic, and collaborative approach Operational KPI tracking (utilization, realization, margin, capacity) Dependency mapping across functional workstreams Risk, issue, and decision tracking in integration environments Stabilization and handoff planning post-integration
Certificates and Licenses:
No certification or licensing is required. However, any of the following are desirable: Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP)
  • PMI Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
  • PMI Certified M&A Advisor (CM&AA)
  • Alliance of M&A Advisors (AM&AA) Certified Post Merger Integration Professional (CPMIP) Monday.
com Certification(s) (Core, Advanced, or Work Management track) Education and/or
Experience:
Required 5-8+ years of experience in project or program management Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, integrations, or complex cross-functional initiatives Strong understanding of project management methodologies and governance Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously Experience using project management platforms (Monday.com strongly preferred) Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills
Compensation Package:
Pay rate: Base salary ranges from $90,000
  • 130,000 per year.
This role is eligible for bonuses as well. Galloway offers 100% Employer Paid Benefits and other generous benefit offerings.
