In this pivotal role, you will oversee franchise development, ensure adherence to brand standards, and drive profitability across multiple locations. Duties Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the franchise network, identifying new business opportunities and markets. Lead and supervise franchise operations to ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and quality benchmarks. Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and support to franchisees to optimize their business performance. Monitor financial performance, including profit & loss statements, to identify areas for growth and cost management. Manage project timelines related to new store openings, renovations, or process improvement initiatives. Drive sales growth through targeted business development strategies and effective franchisee engagement. Implement process improvements that streamline operations, enhance customer experience, and increase efficiency across the network. Qualifications Proven management experience with a strong background in supervising teams and leading business units. Demonstrated success in strategic planning and executing growth initiatives within a franchise or retail environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaborative relationships. Experience managing profit & loss statements with a focus on financial health and sustainability. Skilled in project management, process improvement, and business development activities. Excellent communication skills with the ability to train, mentor, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
