This person will also serve as the senior commercial relationship owner for CENTCOM and AFCENT , building relationships from operational units in theater through senior decision-makers and acquisition stakeholders. This is a high-autonomy role. You will own a number, own the customer relationship, and be responsible for turning operational needs into funded and fielded capabilities. What You'll Own Air Defense Growth Own the Air Defense bookings target, pipeline, and forecast. Develop opportunities across interceptor, base defense, counter-UAS, and force protection. Drive opportunities from initial customer engagement through requirements, testing, acquisition, and fielding. Build a predictable pipeline of qualified and fundable opportunities.
CENTCOM & AFCENT
Serve as the primary relationship owner for CENTCOM and AFCENT. Build trusted relationships across component staffs, operational units, acquisition stakeholders, and the security cooperation community. Develop and execute the account strategy for the AOR. Maintain recurring in-theater presence to understand requirements, support deployed customers, and develop new opportunities. Help other business lines navigate and engage customers throughout the region. Requirements & Programs Translate operational air defense and counter-UAS needs into defined capability requirements. Understand the stakeholders, funding pathways, and acquisition strategies required to move programs forward. Connect demonstrations and operational performance to future requirements and acquisition opportunities. Help transition successful prototypes into enduring, programmed capabilities. Deployed Customer Experience Maintain senior-level accountability for customer satisfaction after systems are fielded. Stay close to system availability, operational issues, and customer concerns. Coordinate with Sustainment, Forward Deployed Engineering, Engineering, and Production to resolve issues. Ensure customers receive clear ownership and communication when problems arise. Team Leadership Lead the account functions responsible for interceptor, base defense, and the Drone Dominance Program. Set clear priorities and expectations across the team. Own pipeline quality, forecast accuracy, customer engagement, and growth. Coach and develop the team as the Air Defense business scales. What Success Looks Like Success will ultimately be measured by your ability to grow the Air Defense business and deepen the
CENTCOM/AFCENT
relationship.

Deep relationships across CENTCOM and AFCENT. High customer satisfaction with deployed systems. Strong team performance and development. Early identification and resolution of customer and operational issues. Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate understands the Air Force, air defense, counter-UAS, force protection, or adjacent mission set and can operate credibly with both operational and acquisition stakeholders. You understand how an operational problem becomes a requirement-and how that requirement ultimately becomes a funded and fielded program. You are comfortable moving between senior stakeholders in Washington, D.C. and operators in theater , and you don't need significant day-to-day direction to figure out where you should spend your time. Most importantly, you operate like an owner. You build relationships, develop opportunities, solve problems, and stay accountable for the customer experience long after the initial sale. Role Boundaries This role owns the CENTCOM and AFCENT relationship and Air Defense revenue , but does not own Strike revenue. When another business line develops an opportunity within the AOR, you will provide access, coordinate the customer relationship, and support the account strategy while that team retains ownership of its opportunity and revenue.
The goal is simple:
the customer should experience one coordinated organization, regardless of which team owns the revenue.
