McClimans and Simic set out to create a true neighborhood restaurant which focuses on sourcing all its ingredients within 150 miles of the restaurant. We are currently looking for a Restaurant Manager to join and manage our team in Nina May. We are ingredient driven restaurant, with menu items and recipes set by our award-winning Chef - Colin McClimans, who was named Zagat's 30 under 30 in 2015 for his work in the industry. Danilo Simic, was named the best cocktail of Arlington two years in a row, 2017 and 2018. As a Manager, you should have a positive attitude and the ability to convey our idea and ambience to guests. Other duties include effectively recruiting and managing employees, overseeing operations, handling customer complaints, and generating financial reports. What makes you a great candidate: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills You have strong passion for food and drinks Working knowledge of general restaurant operations, including personnel management, experience behind the bar, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, health codes, and security
