ISO Relationship Manager - MCA Debt Settlement
NATIONAL CAPITALS SETTLEMENTS CONTRACTORS LLC - 4.2
Deerfield Beach, FL Job Details Full-time $80,000 - $120,000 a year 4 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Customer relationship building Phone canvassing B2B Prospecting Relationship building in financial sales Process management Full Job Description National Capital Negotiators is hiring an ISO Relationship Manager to develop and manage referral relationships with merchant cash advance funding companies, business funding brokers, and ISO organizations. Your job is to build relationships that bring us qualified business owners who need help with existing MCA obligations—not to sell those owners another advance. We are looking for someone who understands the funding industry, can speak confidently with funders and brokers, and knows how to turn an introductory conversation into an active, ongoing referral relationship. This position combines new partner development with hands-on relationship management. It is not a passive account-management role. What you will do Recruit referral partners. Identify and contact funding companies, ISO owners, brokers, and relevant decision-makers through professional outbound calls, email, and follow-up. Explain the referral opportunity. Help partners understand which merchants may be appropriate for an MCA debt settlement review and clearly explain NCN's process without making unsupported promises. Activate and manage relationships. Guide partners through onboarding, establish a consistent referral process, respond to questions, and follow up with inactive partners. Improve referral quality. Confirm that referrals meet company criteria, include appropriate permission for contact, and reach the correct internal team. Track referral sources, activity, and authorized status updates in the CRM. Required experience At least two years in merchant cash advance, business funding, commercial finance, or closely related lender/ISO relationship management . You must have experience developing business relationships—not just processing applications or servicing accounts. Candidates should be comfortable prospecting, speaking with business owners and funding professionals, and maintaining an organized partner pipeline. A working understanding of MCA obligations, daily or weekly payment structures, multiple funding positions, and merchant qualification is important for this role. Preferred background Previous experience as an ISO manager, funding relationship manager, business development manager, broker relationship manager, or commercial-finance account executive. An established professional network in the MCA or funding industry is a strong advantage. Applicants are not expected to provide confidential customer lists or proprietary information from a previous employer. What success looks like Active referral partners, consistent communication, qualified merchant introductions, and an organized process that makes partners comfortable referring appropriate opportunities.
