We are hiring a hands-on Sales Floor Manager to lead our sales team, develop our closers, and help move qualified opportunities from the initial conversation through enrollment. We are looking for someone who can both manage a sales floor and personally help close a deal. You should be comfortable listening to calls, identifying where a conversation is breaking down, stepping in to assist, and coaching the representative afterward. This is a leadership role in MCA debt settlement—not a position selling new business funding. What you will do Lead daily sales execution. Manage representatives and closers, run focused sales meetings, review open opportunities, and hold the team accountable for follow-up and performance. Help close qualified opportunities. Join difficult conversations, handle objections, explain the enrollment process accurately, and help business owners make informed decisions without promising guaranteed outcomes. Develop the team. Review calls, conduct role-playing sessions, coach individual representatives, and help onboard new hires. Keep the pipeline moving. Monitor lead response, live transfers, appointments, outstanding documents, and enrollments. Coordinate with administration and operations so opportunities do not stall. Required experience At least three years of phone-based sales experience , including two years directly managing sales representatives or closers . You must have personally closed business and be able to explain how you coached others to improve. Experience using a CRM, managing follow-up activity, and tracking individual and team results is required. Strong organization, professional communication, and consistent on-site availability are essential. Preferred background Merchant cash advance, business funding, business debt settlement, or commercial finance experience is strongly preferred. Candidates from consumer debt settlement, mortgage lending, insurance, solar, or timeshare sales may also be considered with a strong record of phone-based closing and direct sales-team leadership . General management experience without responsibility for closing and sales results is not sufficient for this position. What success looks like A sales team that follows up consistently, communicates accurately, improves its closing skills, and produces qualified enrollments with complete documentation.
