This is a ground-floor opportunity in one of Kia's fastest-growing markets, designed for someone who wants ownership, authority, and real income upside ranging from $95k-125k+ If you know how to work a service drive, trade customers up, and create inventory, this role can be a game-changer. The Mission Lead a Service-to-Sales team working directly in the service drive Convert service customers into buyers Run a Keys-for-Keys / Trade-Up Program Move customers into new and pre-owned vehicles Source and purchase inventory directly from service customers Turn service traffic into consistent sales volume What You'll Do Work the service drive daily with your team Identify trade-in and buy-back opportunities Train, coach, and hold the team accountable Build and execute a repeatable Service-to-Sales process Track conversions, trades, inventory acquired, and results Work with Sales Management Team, Service Advisors, and Leadership Who We Want Automotive sales management experience required Confident and comfortable engaging customers face-to-face Process-driven and results-focused Competitive, self-motivated, and hungry Service-to-Sales experience is a plus Compensation & Opportunity Aggressive pay plan Strong income potential tied to performance Opportunity to own and grow a department Long-term advancement with a growing dealership In addition to competitive pay, we offer our full-time associates the following
