The Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is designed to cultivate early career individuals into emerging leaders in Harris' Finance Organization. FLDP is a multi-year rotational program created to develop highly qualified, motivated individuals into well-rounded business professionals. It is a challenging 3-year avenue to gain experience and expertise in multiple finance roles and diverse geographic locations. FLDP participants will broaden their knowledge and expertise in a wide range of businesses and are empowered to lead innovation and find solutions to real complex challenges. Participants will gain exposure to senior leaders of Harris and are paired with a mentor to guide their development through the program. Participants will also have access to education assistance, robust training, and cross-functional engagement to accelerate their career growth. Finance careers at L3Harris offer exposure to mission-oriented products and programs that make a real difference every day. From providing radios to our warfighters, to delivering remote sensors for accurate weather predictions and climate patterns; Harris continues to provide technology to connect, inform, and protect the world.Job Duties:
- Complete three (3) rotations over 36 months, with assignments in various segments and financial functions
- Rotations focus on analysis and business needs in the following functions: Financial Planning and Analysis, General Accounting, Cost Accounting, Compliance, Internal Audit, Investments, and Program Finance
- Extensive use of verbal and written communications skills, problem solving and teamwork on a daily basis
Minimum Qualifications:
- To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration or have completed their Bachelors degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.
- Willingness and ability to travel and relocate.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated technical skills, business acumen and leadership skills
- Minimum cumulative 3.2 GPA
- Excellent skills in oral and written communication, analytics, and problem solving
- Initiative, enthusiasm; willingness and ability to learn in a dynamic environment
- Work experience as an intern / Co-Op in Finance or related fields
- Self-starter, displaying initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is [$59,000.00 MIN
- $110,000.00 MAX]. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is [$51,000.00 MIN
