Mid-Level Corporate M&A Associate | Miami, FL A top South Florida law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Corporate M&A Associate to join its highly regarded Corporate practice group in Miami. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to work on sophisticated middle-market and large-scale transactions within a nationally recognized platform known for handling high-level corporate and private equity matters. The firm represents a broad range of private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, public and private businesses, and institutional clients across a variety of industries. Attorneys in this group receive significant deal exposure, strong mentorship, and meaningful client interaction in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
