233162 Job Description Cintas is seeking an Implementation Project Specialist L2. Responsibilities include providing strategic direction on opportunities with new and existing customers; manjaging all customer exclusive product projects to ensure profitable and sustainable business, which includes scheduling, leading regular customer communication to gather/confirm customer requirements and coordinating internal and external parties to a successful launch; providing direction on product development to meet customer requirements; developing profit models; developing an initial forecast; business process setup; program launch and post-launch activities; working with department Director in completion of activities related to qualifying and implementing opportunities. Skills/Qualifications Required High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet 3 years' project management experience with operational or revenue-generating responsibilities Experience resolving problems with collaboration Experience with verbal and written communications with employees and customers at all levels of an organization Experience conducting customer calls to gather information and requirements Experience formulating and driving project strategy towards a successful outcome Preferred PMI certification BenefitsCintas offers comprehensive and competitive medical, dental and vision benefits, with premiums below the national average.
