Team Leader (Real Estate Leadership & Growth) KW Reserve Palm Beach | West Palm Beach, FL Full-Time | $50,000-$65,000 Base Salary + Profit Sharing + Benefits Lead. Inspire. Grow. KW Reserve Palm Beach is seeking a high-impact Team Leader to drive growth, develop talent, and help build one of the top-performing real estate organizations in South Florida. Our Market Center supports approximately 250 real estate professionals and is backed by the training, systems, and culture of Keller Williams Realty, the world's largest real estate franchise by agent count. What You'll Do Drive Growth & Market Share Recruit, attract, and retain top real estate talent Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives Identify market trends and business opportunities Increase agent productivity, profitability, and engagement Coach & Develop Talent Mentor and consult agents to help them achieve higher levels of success Deliver coaching, accountability, and business development support Foster a culture of learning, performance, and collaboration Lead training sessions, sales meetings, and business-building events Lead the Market Center Partner with the Broker and leadership team to achieve business objectives Support budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning Build strong relationships with agents, vendors, strategic partners, and community leaders Champion company culture and organizational initiatives What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications Active Florida Real Estate License 3-5+ years of real estate industry experience 4-6+ years of recruiting and sales leadership experience Proven ability to recruit and retain top-performing sales professionals Strong leadership, coaching, and people-development skills Experience managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities Preferred Qualifications Keller Williams leadership experience Familiarity with the Keller Williams business model and systems Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and business planning Strong analytical and technology skills The Ideal Candidate You are: A natural leader who inspires others to perform at their highest level Growth-minded, competitive, and results-oriented Strategic in your thinking and disciplined in execution Comfortable leading through change and driving accountability Passionate about helping others succeed Energized by recruiting, coaching, and building winning teams Why Join KW Reserve Palm Beach?
