West Palm Beach, FL Job Details Full-time $225,000 a year 23 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Qualifications Investment execution Mergers & acquisitions experience within finance Board relations Senior leadership Full Job Description Ondas is seeking a highly strategic, execution-oriented Vice President of Corporate Development to serve as a key strategic partner to the Head of Global Corporate Development and M&A. This leader will help shape and execute the Company's inorganic growth strategy, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and minority or direct investments. The Vice President of Corporate Development will lead transactions from initial market mapping and target identification through due diligence, negotiation, closing, and post-close value-creation planning. The role requires exceptional financial, commercial, and strategic judgment; the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously; and the executive presence to engage effectively with senior leadership, boards of directors, investors, target-company executives, investment banks, legal counsel, and other external advisors.
Key Responsibilities M&A Strategy & Sourcing:
Partner with leadership to define corporate growth strategy, establish target selection criteria, build cross-border target pipelines, and manage external relationships with investment banks and advisors.
Transaction Execution:
Lead end-to-end execution for U.S. and international M&A and direct investments, including valuation, financial modeling, due diligence, term-sheet negotiation, deal structuring, and definitive documentation.
Direct Investments:
Evaluate, structure, and execute strategic minority and direct investments aligned with corporate objectives.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Direct internal business, finance, and legal teams alongside external advisors to bring complex domestic and cross-border deals to a successful close. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience:
10+ years of M&A deal-execution experience in Corporate Development or Investment Banking, with direct exposure to the defense, aerospace, or technology sectors.
Global Exposure:
Demonstrated track record executing both U.S. domestic and international M&A transactions. Compensation and Benefits The base salary for this Vice President of Corporate Development position is $225,000 per year. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, which may include annual incentive compensation, equity, health benefits, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits, subject to the terms of applicable plans and programs.
