What You'll Do:

As a Director of Security , you are the face of Unitus Security at your assigned property.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leadership & Team Building:

Create a positive, professional, and accountable work culture by building camaraderie and trust with your team and stakeholders.

Client Support:

Work closely with property management to ensure all security needs are met with excellence.

Scheduling & Staffing:

Oversee team schedules, ensure coverage, and work with recruiters to bring in new officers as needed.

Administrative Duties:

Manage payroll reports, meetings, and operational tasks (Excel & Word proficiency is helpful).

Site Security & Compliance:

Ensure a high standard of conduct, enforce dress codes, and coordinate with local law enforcement when necessary.

Strategic Planning:

Identify coverage gaps, handle unexpected events, and take ownership of your role to make it your own.

What We're Looking For:

✔ Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) ✔ Hospitality or Customer Service Experience (Required) ✔ Valid Driver's License (Required) ✔ State Required Security Certification (Preferred) ✔ Ability to Pass a Drug Screen & Background Check (Required) ✔ Clean Driving Record - Last 3 Years (Required)

Work Schedule & Location:
