Job Description
Apartment Manager position available - Applicant must have at least one year experience in an office setting. Requires excellent customer service and record keeping skills. Duties include but aren't limited to renting apartments, collecting rent, and resident retention. The ideal candidate must be a leader and work well with others. Experience is preferred but will train an outgoing candidate with exceptional communication skills. Professional attire is required and applicant must have good credit. Reliable transportation is a must.
