Upon successful completion of your 12-month commitment, you are fast-tracked for Management or Lead Practitioner roles with increased compensation packages.

What You Will Do Expert Practitioner:

Master the patented Stretch Zone protocols to help clients reduce pain and increase athletic performance.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain a \"book of business,\" learning how to convert first-time guests into long-term wellness members.

Operational Excellence:

Assist in daily studio operations, learning the backend systems that make a wellness franchise successful.

Professional Development:

Apply quarterly leadership concepts to mentor newer staff and improve studio culture.

Qualifications Career-Oriented:

Educational Background:

Background in fitness, wellness, health, or retail management is preferred, but we will train the right personality.

Grit & Reliability:

A commitment to working a minimum of 30 hours per week, including some evenings or weekends.

Coachability:

A desire to receive feedback and grow through our quarterly leadership modules.
