Golf Director

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the golf course, including management of staff, event planning, customer service, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all golf course operations, ensuring high standards of service and safety for guests and staff. Develop and execute engaging golf events, tournaments, and special programs to attract new visitors and retain loyal members. Manage shift schedules, oversee daily operations, and ensure efficient resource allocation across all departments. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and enhancing overall guest satisfaction. Handle cash transactions, manage point-of-sale systems, and ensure accurate reporting of financial activities related to golf services. Collaborate with restaurant and hospitality teams to coordinate amenities that enhance the guest experience on the course and surrounding facilities. Write detailed reports on operational performance, event outcomes, staff performance, and guest feedback to inform strategic improvements. Experience Proven management experience in a hospitality or resort setting, preferably with a focus on golf or leisure services. Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of supervising teams in fast-paced environments. Strong background in event management, including planning, executing, and evaluating large-scale events or tournaments. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently. Experience in shift management, cash handling, report writing, and supervising staff members such as assistant managers or team leads. Knowledge of nightclub operations or entertainment venues is a plus for creating lively social events around the golf experience. Previous restaurant or hospitality industry experience is highly desirable to ensure seamless integration of food services with golf activities.
