What You'll Do:

Deliver direct nursing care to patients in their homes Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and healthy habits Monitor symptoms, document progress, and follow established care plans Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

What We're Looking For:

Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Georgia Experience in home health, long-term care, or geriatrics is a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to lift up to 40 lbs using proper body mechanics Compassionate, reliable, and self-motivated—with a cool head in tough situations

Pay:

$35.00 - $40.00 per hour
