Job Description

Overview The primary responsibility of the Manger of Service Line Development is to support the strategic priorities of Piedmont Heathcare through service line planning and development. This includes managing large-scale projects and project teams, business planning and development, and financial modeling of this key service line and other strategic imperatives. The position is also responsible for optimizing patient throughput and maintaining standards of practice for service delivery. Responsibilities The primary responsibility of the Manger of Service Line Development is to support the strategic priorities of Piedmont Heathcare through service line planning and development. This includes managing large-scale projects and project teams, business planning and development, and financial modeling of this key service line and other strategic imperatives. The position is also responsible for optimizing patient throughput and maintaining standards of practice for service delivery. Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university Required Work Experience 5 years of experience in healthcare, project management, or finance Required Project management and/or management consulting experience with large scale projects Required Experience working with and presenting to leaders and collaborating with physician teams to develop strategic vision and program plans Required Ability to translate vision and concepts into actionable business plans and implement the plan to reach targeted results Required Working knowledge of healthcare financials, analytical tools and the ability to both perform analyses independently and/or oversee analysts in performing work
