OP Mgr Position Upscale, full-service car wash and detail center is seeking an Assistant Manager that possesses strong operations management skills. Applicants must be enthusiastic, motivated, and fanatical about delivering a consistent, quality customer experience every day on every car. Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing the following areas of this business. Processing

• Ensuring that each part of the process is conforming to the "WashWorks Way" and operating at optimum efficiency. Shift Leadership
• Able to consistently forecast vehicle flow based on the day, time of day, current/future weather and work with the GM in creating a daily staff plan to ensure an excellent customer experience. Staff
• Assist GM in recruiting and retention efforts for business. Ensure all training and development of staff is to company standards. Appropriately addresses employee performance issues and recognizes good performance. Facility/Equipment
• Ensure the site is clean and equipment is operating properly. Ensure daily openings and closings are on schedule and standards and procedures are maintained. Customer Service
• Ensure every customer leaves happy and satisfied every time. Effectively answer all customer questions and handle complaints. Onsite Sales and Promotions
• Ensure customers are being engaged with smiles and sold additional services by sales staff that are well trained and versed in our service offerings. Costs
• Manage business costs including, but not limited to, labor costs and chemical usage.
