Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who can balance people, purpose, and performance. The ideal candidate brings strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, budgeting experience, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with people from across the community. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience; 4-6 years of management experience; and preferably 3-5 years of YMCA experience. CPR/AED, First Aid, and BBP certifications are required within 45 days of hire.
