The expected pay range for this position is $91,200 to $125,000 per year. The pay is determined by several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, education, internal equity, and other factors relevant to the job. HPM Building Supply in Honolulu, Hawaii is seeking to hire a full-time Appliance & Finish Plumbing Manager . The typical schedule for this position: Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Occasional Weekends or after hour events as necessary. Also may include out of state training or related events.
JOB SUMMARY
The Appliance & Finish Plumbing Program Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of both appliance and finish plumbing programs across our showroom and large project divisions. This individual plays a key role in ensuring product offerings align with overall business objectives, while fostering strong vendor partnerships, managing team development, and ensuring high-quality customer experiences.

KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
Ability to lift 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation. Basic plumbing, electrical, and construction knowledge. Basic knowledge of cabinetry manufacturing, countertop coordination, and interior design. Valid driver's license required. Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including effectively using email, internet, and Microsoft Office.
