About the Role We are seeking a driven, consultative sales professional to join our growing team as a Business Development Consultant (BDC). In this role, you will focus on identifying, engaging, and onboarding new financial advisors onto a leading wealth management platform. This is an ideal opportunity for a sales professional who thrives on building relationships, uncovering client needs, and presenting tailored business solutions rather than simply selling a product. Successful candidates are highly motivated, consultative in approach, and energized by turning first conversations into long-term partnerships. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field Financial services industry experience Consultative sales experience (phone and in-person) Proven ability to sell solutions rather than a single product Experience discussing business strategy, platform solutions, and investment offerings with clients Experience managing pipelines and territory activity in Salesforce or similar CRM Active FINRA licenses required: Series 6, 63, and 65 OR Series 7 and 66 Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilities
