Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Coordinator to lead and manage our nationwide expansion strategy through strategic acquisitions. This role will be instrumental in identifying and executing M&A opportunities that align with Serenity's mission and growth goals. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical acumen, home care industry insight, and exceptional communication skills to navigate complex deals and ensure successful integration .

Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets within the home care industry by analyzing financial, operations, and market positioning. Lead comprehensive due diligence processes including financial, legal, regulatory, and operational assessments. Negotiate deal terms and structure transactions in alignment with strategic and financial objectives. Coordinate and implement post-acquisition integration plans to ensure seamless operational transitions. Monitor and analyze market trends, regulatory updates, and competitor activity to support M&A strategy. Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure all aspects of transactions are executed effectively. Prepare financial models, investment memos, and reports to present findings and recommendations to leadership. Support executive leadership in identifying strategic growth opportunities through M&A activities. Travel to various U.S. locations to support and oversee seamless acquisition processes.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in M&A, private equity, or a related field, preferably in homecare or home care. In-depth knowledge of the home care industry, including regulatory and compliance frameworks. Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, including valuation and deal structuring. Proven negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Strategic thinker with the ability to assess business opportunities and risks. Ability to travel nationwide as needed for due diligence, negotiations, and integration activities. Valid driver's license, auto insurance, clean driving record, and reliable transportation Bachelor's degree in business, home care Administration, or a related field (MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred). Monday - Friday 9AM to 5PM
