POSITION SUMMARY

The Director, Physician Office is responsible for the activities of the OSF Medical Group assigned practices in the region and is a dyad to the OSFMG Regional Physician Director. This position is responsible for ensuring that strategic and operating goals and objectives are understood by Site Manager, Lead Physicians, and those they support. The Regional Director is responsible for the operational and financial performance of each assigned practice consistent with the goals and objectives set by OSFMG leadership. Qualifications

Education:

Bachelors Experience:

​ 3 years leadership experience Other skills/knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
