The RoleKyndryl is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Financial Statements (FS) Preparer to join our Statutory Accounting organization in Bratislava. In this role, you will lead and oversee the preparation, review, and delivery of statutory financial statements across a diverse portfolio of EMEA entities, ensuring full compliance with local GAAP, IFRS, and corporate reporting standards.

You will act as a key liaison between statutory accounting, corporate finance, and external audit partners - driving accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in all statutory reporting activities. This position requires deep technical accounting expertise, the ability to interpret complex transactions, and strong coordination skills across global teams.

The salary range starts at 2300 EUR gross per month. The final salary offer reflects the set of skills and experience that selected candidates bring to the team.

Required Skills and ExpertisePrior experience with Big 4 auditors or large multinational companies.

Exposure to cross-border statutory audits and group consolidation processes.

Demonstrated experience leading process improvement or automation initiatives.
