What You'll Do Lead daily operations and keep your Service Center running at peak performance Analyze performance metrics to spot opportunities and solve challenges Build strong relationships with both customers and internal teams Review revenue trends and identify growth opportunities Partner on sales strategies and help expand your territory Stay ahead of competitor activity and industry trends Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team Create and execute sales and marketing action plans Handle safety, compliance, and regulatory standards (DOT, OSHA, EPA, ICC) Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions Oversee freight claims and facility maintenance Lead team meetings and keep everyone aligned and motivatedTake on special projects and drive continuous improvement What We're Looking For Strong knowledge of the LTL / transportation industry Experience managing drivers, dock workers, and sales teams Proven ability to develop and manage budgets Leadership skills that inspire teams and drive results Solid communication and problem-solving abilities Legally eligible to work in the U.S. Fluent in English Benefits Stable, growing organization with real development and growth Competitive weekly pay Company car for Service Center Manager Professional, positive, people-first culture in a family environment Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, AD&D, 401(k) and more!
