Full Job Description Summary:
The Managing Director is an executive leader responsible for driving the firm's strategic vision, operational excellence, and overall financial performance. This role encompasses high-level financial oversight, fostering a culture of high performance, and the attraction and development of both talent for the financial advisor role and executive team members. The Managing Director ensures all firm activities align with short-term objectives and long-term strategic growth in Wichita, KS.
Duties:
Advisor talent acquisition, development, and retention: Develop and execute a strategic recruitment plan to attract and contract financial advisor talent Leverage professional networks, industry connections, and strategic partnerships to build a robust candidate pipeline Lead the recruitment profess, including identifying, engaging, and evaluating advisor candidates Create a supportive environment with clear career paths, ongoing training, and mentorship to foster growth Provide coaching, strategic guidance, and performance feedback to help advisors reach their full potential Implement an onboarding program to ensure seamless and successful transition for new advisors Grow and develop leaders aligned with cultural values and performance expectations to scale the firm Strategic leadership and business growth Set and communicate the vision, mission, and strategic objectives for the firm, aligned with overall business goals Oversee the financial performance of the firm, including budgeting, forecasting, and achieving revenue targets Collaborate with senior leadership on firm-wide initiatives and serve as a key stakeholder in strategic planning Client and relationship management Serve as senior representative and brand ambassador for the firm, building and maintaining strong relationships Ensure that all financial advisory services reflect the firm's client-centered planning philosophy and deliver exceptional client satisfaction Compliance and risk management Ensure that the advisory team's activities comply with all relevant legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements Lead the reinforcement of governance, ethics, and compliance standards serving as a role model for the team. Results Attract 8+ Financial Advisors annually

Class Of FYC, U5 FYC, Total Premium, AIM Develop an additional leader per year
