What You'll Do:

Plan and conduct impactful site visits, admin days, workshops, and business meetings. Delivering up Awesome American Food Ensure adherence to culinary standards and compliance with all food safety and security procedures.

Qualifications:

Required Candidate must live in Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, or Rhode Island or be willing to relocate to one of these states Travel may be required up to 75%, including overnight 5+ years of experience in directing management teams in fast-paced environments Strong communication and exceptional leadership skills. Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate team dedicated to execution, hospitality, and service Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, etc. Demonstrated success in P&L and operations management Proven leadership skills with talent assessment and team-building abilities High ethical standards and a role model for others Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels Red Robin cultural fit with a proactive and initiative-driven mindset Ability to multitask and work under deadlines Preferred 2 years of multi-unit leadership Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot schedules

Physical Requirements:

Lifting to 10lbs frequently and up to 50lbs occasionally; Lifting overhead frequently. Color and depth perception required for vision. Needs both near and far vision. Twists and reaches regularly. Grasps objects to move or manipulate them frequently. Stand and walk constantly. Listen to and comprehend Team Members and guests over background and equipment noise. Frequent hand washing required. Exposure to cleaning chemicals, heat and a/c, and freezer. Expect to work with computers, iPad technology for inventory, calculators, copy machines, printers, desk supplies, cash drawers, food products and cooking equipment. Must wear personal protective equipment as required by Red Robin and or mandated by local Health and Safety Departments.
