Compensation:

Responsibilities:
Build and develop relationships with prospective clients through networking, referrals, community involvement, and other business development activities Meet with individuals, families, and business owners to understand their goals, priorities, and financial needs Educate clients on insurance and financial solutions that align with their individual circumstances and objectives Develop and maintain a growing client base through consistent prospecting, relationship building, and follow-up Provide ongoing service to existing clients and conduct regular reviews as their needs and goals evolve Maintain accurate client records and track business development activities and progress toward individual goals Stay current on relevant products, industry developments, and regulatory requirements through ongoing training and professional development Collaborate with mentors, managers, and other professionals to continuously strengthen your knowledge and client-service skills
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative Ability and willingness to learn about insurance and financial products, industry regulations, and professional standards High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred Must possess or be willing to obtain the appropriate state insurance license(s) Comfortable using technology and learning new business and client-management systems Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment Previous experience in sales, customer service, business development, leadership, or a relationship-focused role is a plus, but not required Coachable, professional, and committed to ongoing learning and development About Company At Team Andrade, we're focused on developing motivated, relationship-driven professionals who want to build meaningful careers in financial services.
