Role:
We're seeking passionate Studio Directors who take pride in their craft and prioritize high-quality nail care services. The Studio Director plays a key role in fostering a culture of excellence, delivering a premium client experience, and driving team development while ensuring our high standards of cleanliness and operations are consistently met. You will be accountable for delivering on annual revenue goals and enhancing our studio's presence in the community.
What You'll Do:
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring Clean Lab standards and a pristine studio environment. Maintain top studio conditions through HQ and RSM partnerships. Lead the studio team to communicate our "Clean" story to every client. Cultivate a "People First" studio culture that prioritizes both team and client experiences. Uphold hygiene, cleanliness, protocols, and service standards. Drive revenue through effective P&L analysis, adapting strategies to meet results. Analyze key metrics (Vital Signs) and implement necessary business adjustments. Engage with the local community by participating in relevant events and trends.
Talent Leadership:
Recruit, hire, and train talented professionals. Develop career progression plans for your team. Proactively create hiring plans to support growth.
Who You Are:
You have 2+ years of experience. Highly organized, disciplined, and deadline-oriented in an entrepreneurial setting. A self-starter with a fun, upbeat attitude and the ability to think creatively. Excellent communicator, with strong written and verbal skills. Detail-oriented with a desire to exceed expectations. Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
