full-time About the Role We are working with a market-leading underwriter seeking to hire a recent graduate to join its Boston office. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with prior M&A transaction experience to build a career within the growing M&A Insurance market, gaining exposure to high-profile deals and working alongside experienced underwriting professionals. Responsibilities Support M&A insurance transactions by coordinating deal processes and preparing key transaction documentation, including closing checklists, certificates, and memoranda Review transaction documentation and assist with the investigation of claims Conduct due diligence by collecting, organising, and analysing corporate documents, contracts, financial information, and other materials relating to target companies Assist with the preparation and review of ancillary transaction documents, including NDAs, consents, officer certificates, and closing deliverables Work closely with underwriters, lawyers, advisors, and clients throughout the claims process Manage multiple live claims simultaneously in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment About You Recent graduate JD (2024, 2025 or 2026) Previous internship experience within M&A, Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Deal Advisory, or a related transactional environment Strong understanding of M&A transactions, due diligence processes, and deal execution Excellent analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret complex information
