Leads research, cost/benefit analyses of mergers, and communicates results to stakeholders. Includes developing and maintaining professional relationships, marketing the proposed changes and assisting in transitions.

Consolidations Manager Responsibilities:
Lead the global financial consolidation process across 30+ reporting units Review entity submissions, reconciliations, eliminations, and consolidation entries Manage multi-currency translation and complex intercompany activity Integrate newly acquired entities into the consolidation process Improve consolidation systems, reports, templates, and data quality Partner with subsidiary controllers and corporate accounting teams globally Work cross-functionally with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Investor Relations Lead, coach, and develop team members
Consolidations Manager Qualifications:
6-10 years of progressive consolidations and financial reporting experience Strong multi-entity/global consolidation experience Deep knowledge of multi-currency translation and intercompany eliminations Strong knowledge of US GAAP Advanced financial systems experience; Planful/Host Analytics, SAP EPM, Oracle, BPC, Tagetik, OneStream, or similar Strong Excel skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Manufacturing experience preferred CPA or Master's degree a plus #
