We're seeking a Program Director to lead our Mobile Crisis Intervention (MCI) team—providing lifesaving behavioral health crisis response 24/7/365 for children, adults, and families in need. 💙 Why This Role Matters Our MCI team responds rapidly to behavioral health crises, helping people stay safe, stabilize in the community whenever possible, and connect to the right level of care. This is meaningful leadership work at the front line of mental health support. ✨ What You'll Do Lead daily operations of Mobile Crisis Intervention and Jail Diversion services Supervise and support talented clinical staff Ensure high-quality, responsive, compassionate care Partner with community providers, hospitals, law enforcement, and system stakeholders Oversee documentation, billing coordination, reporting, and contract compliance Participate in shared 24-hour leadership on-call rotation Help shape and strengthen innovative crisis services in your community 🌟 Who You Are Experienced behavioral health clinician and leader Calm, organized, and confident under pressure Passionate about community-based crisis care Skilled at coaching teams and improving systems Committed to quality, collaboration, and person-centered care If you're ready to lead a team that shows up when people need help most, we'd love to hear from you!

Pay Rate:

Required Skills Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills Immediate computer fluency, including Microsoft Office - such as Excel Valid driver's license and regular access to a reliable vehicle Required Experience Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work or other related clinical Human Services discipline required. Independent clinical licensure required. At least two years of supervisory experience in a similar mental health setting preferred. At least five (5) years of clinical experience in a multi-disciplinary mental health setting and three years' experience working within MCI required.
