This is meaningful leadership work at the front line of mental health support. ✨ What You'll Do Lead daily operations of Mobile Crisis Intervention and Jail Diversion services Supervise and support talented clinical staff Ensure high-quality, responsive, compassionate care Partner with community providers, hospitals, law enforcement, and system stakeholders Oversee documentation, billing coordination, reporting, and contract compliance Participate in shared 24-hour leadership on-call rotation Help shape and strengthen innovative crisis services in your community 🌟 Who You Are Experienced behavioral health clinician and leader Calm, organized, and confident under pressure Passionate about community-based crisis care Skilled at coaching teams and improving systems Committed to quality, collaboration, and person-centered care If you're ready to lead a team that shows up when people need help most, we'd love to hear from you!

Required Skills Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills Immediate computer fluency, including Microsoft Office - such as Excel Valid driver's license and regular access to a reliable vehicle Required Experience Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work or other related clinical Human Services discipline required. Independent clinical licensure required. At least two years of supervisory experience in a similar mental health setting preferred. At least five (5) years of clinical experience in a multi-disciplinary mental health setting and three years' experience working within MCI required.
