Position Overview The Director Planning, Strategic Alliance and Fleet Management leads major business projects impacting Americas subsidiaries as well as Tokyo Headquarters. This position plays a pivotal role in

Holdings merger and acquisition activities impacting the Americas region including due diligence work as well as post-merger integration. Additionally, this position provides support for any large project impacting multiple departments or subsidiaries such as company reorganizations, business segment movement amongst subsidiaries or other cross-company projects. Additionally, Fleet Management team is responsible for managing the North American fleet operations consisting of 1,500 fleet vehicles. Company Overview At

Managing staff of 1, and working with business and regional headquarter leadership, successfully develop an action plan to achieve project objectives. Manage, support, and coordinate all project teams to ensure that project objectives are being achieved. Manage the work of outside project consultants. Ensure that all project timelines are being adhered to. Lead regular project meetings to ensure that project goals are being achieved including regular project sponsor and Tokyo update meetings as well as creating and attending the various project team meetings. Ensure full knowledge of all aspects of each project as well as communicating these to Senior Management. Additionally, responsible for managing the development of necessary solutions. Written communication to all interested parties including Tokyo on a monthly or weekly basis explaining project successes, issues, concerns and solutions. Manage resources, including human capital, technology, and infrastructure, to ensure optimal allocation and utilization. Working with project Teams and Senior management, develop overall project budget.
