What You Will Do:
Provide leadership to and supervision of Recovery Specialists to ensure the provision of quality care that incorporates the clinical understanding of addiction, dual diagnosis, and related health care issues. Take part in on-call rotation. Support the ongoing development of staff through coaching, mentoring, and role modeling. Maintain oversight of the medication room in collaboration with the program-designated nurse, when applicable. Assist in the selection of staff and resolving personnel issues. Assist in coaching and counseling of employees under the direction of the Program Director. Oversee client activities. Facilitate the efficient delivery of individual care through interdepartmental collaboration. Recognize and employ adherence to regulations and requirements of licensing and funding sources. Provide crisis intervention and emergency services as needed.Who You Are:
High School Diploma or GED required. 2 years supervisory experience preferred. Strong critical thinking skills. Ability to communicate directions to staff clearly and appropriately. Proficient with MS Office, internet, and email systems. Two years of sobriety preferred. We Hire for HEART!
