Essential Functions Supervises Employees Supervises the daily activities of employees engaged in janitorial operations.
Tasks:
Orients, trains and supervises employees in the performance of janitorial duties such as cleaning offices and rest rooms, floor and carpet care, etc.; monitors employee work performance and inspects completed job assignments; ensures the proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies. Monitors employee attendance, safety, performance and conduct; coordinates with the Project Managers and other appropriate departments (Case Management, Human Resources, etc.) all disciplinary actions and employee performance and training issues. May interview applicants; prepare schedules, monitor attendance Prepares employee performance evaluations and conducts times studies as requested or required Advises Case Management and Project Managers of employee performance and / or behavioral problem areas of concern which may need to be addressed; may assist the Case Manager with goal setting to improve employee performance. Prepares Reports Prepares a variety of reports on daily activities and submits to the Project Manager.
Tasks:
Maintains daily production statistics such as number of jobs completed, equipment repair logs, passing information to next shift, etc. Quality Control Conducts quality control inspections
Tasks:
Provides daily Quality Control inspections to Project Manager Monitors equipment for proper operation, safety and security at the end of each shift Performs Janitorial Duties May be required to perform janitorial duties
Tasks:
May be required to perform janitorial duties such as cleaning offices and restrooms, floor and carpet care, etc.
Level of Supervision Required:
Work is reviewed daily
Contacts:
Regular contacts, within or outside the Company to give or get information. Require courtesy, tact and some knowledge of Company procedures.

Medium-Exerts up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. of force frequently to move objects.
Work Environment:
Exposure to Weather - Exposure to hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions caused by the weather. Substances - Potential exposure to hazardous substances, chemicals, equipment and reagents. Normal Environment -Normal light, air and space in work environment
