PROJECT MANAGER!

DMV Gates & Security Solutions We are looking for an experienced, organized, and results-driven Project Manager to join our growing team!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage multiple construction and security systems projects from contract award through completion and closeout. Oversee project schedules, budgets, documentation, and deliverables. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and field installation teams. Manage material procurement, equipment coordination, and project costs. Monitor project progress, resolve challenges, and provide updates to management.

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience in construction or security systems project management. Experience in gate automation, electrical/low-voltage systems, or government contracting is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field. Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with clients and subcontractors. Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.

DMVGates Pay:

$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
