Robertson Homes is seeking a motivated Land Analyst to join our experienced Land Acquisition team. This is an outstanding entry-level opportunity to build the foundation for a successful career in land acquisition and residential real estate development. You will work alongside seasoned industry professionals and gain hands-on experience evaluating, underwriting, and acquiring land opportunities that drive our company's growth. You'll learn how to identify, analyze, and pursue opportunities the right way while developing skills that can lead to significant career advancement. Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Urban Planning, or a related field required Primary Responsibilities Complete financial modeling and feasibility analyses for prospective land acquisitions Manage offer submissions and acquisition tracking Obtain, review, and analyze due diligence materials Research municipal development requirements, zoning regulations, and building standards Conduct competitive market analyses Review and summarize purchase and sale agreements Analyze title commitments and related documents Assist with entitlement and development approval processes Track future acquisition opportunities and market trends Build market intelligence through industry research, publications, and news sources Develop relationships with brokers, landowners, and industry professionals Create presentations and reports that effectively communicate market data and findings Assist internal stakeholders with land-related research and analysis Maintain municipal audit tracking and competitive builder activity reports Manage follow-up systems for previously evaluated opportunities Organize files and digital records to support team efficiency Prepare reports, studies, and presentations for senior management Assist with efforts to secure outside equity and investment partners Growth Opportunity Your future at Robertson Homes is determined by your initiative, analytical ability, work ethic, and desire to learn.
