Essential Functions:
Hire, develop and retain quality staffing and provide ongoing oversight, supervision, and direction. Provide leadership to the Ingham Academy and Horizon management team to develop efficient and effective treatment, positive morale, and overall team spirit. Maintain positive relationships with the various public whose support is necessary for the growth and development of programs to meet the needs of the youths and families it serves. Supervise assigned management and direct services staff and participate in development of their clinical and Leadership skills. Coordinate and provide development programs to enhance the continued professional development of the workforce. Work harmoniously and cooperatively with fellow administrators and communicate fully all relevant and pertinent information necessary for good communication and effective decision making. Participate actively in strategic planning and periodic program evaluation to improve and enhance the organization's mission and services. Assist Senior Management Team in the general administration of the organization as well as in providing staff assistance to designated board committees Minimum Qualifications /Experience:
Master's degree in Human Services or bachelor's degree with 3-5 years progressive experince. Licensure commensurate with degree. Shall be a person of good character who possesses the health, emotional stability, maturity, and strength to carry out assigned duties. Ability to show sensitivity to the service populations' cultural and socioeconomic characteristics.
