Plymouth, MI Hybrid Work Freudenberg North America Limited Partnership You support our team as Corporate Development Manager Responsibilities Lead end-to-end M&A transaction execution, including due diligence, deal structuring, negotiation, signing, and closing activities. Coordinate cross-functional global workstreams across Legal, Tax, Finance, Treasury, HSE, and commercial teams to manage complex transaction processes. Build and analyze financial models including DCF, accretion/dilution, comparable company analysis, and valuation scenarios to evaluate deal economics and investment returns. Prepare executive-level presentations, investment committee materials, and transaction recommendations for senior leadership and Board review. Manage external advisor relationships and support negotiation of LOIs, purchase agreements, and other transaction documents. Drive market intelligence, target screening, and strategic analysis to support M&A pipeline development and post-deal integration planning. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting required; MBA preferred 3-5+ years of experience in M&A, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or transaction advisory Proven experience executing transactions end-to-end, including due diligence, financial modeling, and deal support Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills, including DCF and comparable company analysis Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced deal environments Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing executive-level presentations Able to work onsite a minimum of three days per week in Plymouth, MI The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
