Our newest Clinton Township clinic was designed with both kids and clinicians in mind: private treatment rooms, sensory spaces, rock-climbing walls, and spacious therapy gyms. It's the kind of place that makes you excited to come to work. This is a working director role, you'll carry your own caseload while also leading and building out our PT department. Clear Career Advancement As Director, you'll help lead and grow the PT department — and we support continued advancement into roles such as Clinical Director, and Fieldwork Supervisor, along with opportunities to develop new programs. What You'll Do Carry a clinical caseload, providing physical therapy evaluations and treatment primarily to pediatric patients, with occasional adult patients as clinic needs arise Lead, build, and grow the PT department, including program development and hiring Supervise, mentor, and support PTs, PTAs, and fieldwork students Oversee clinical quality, documentation, and compliance for the PT team Support onboarding, training, and professional development of PT staff Collaborate with OT, Speech, and ABA providers to deliver integrated, multidisciplinary care Encourage and support participation in research projects and fieldwork supervision What We're Looking For Valid State of Michigan Physical Therapist License 3+ years of pediatric physical therapy experience Prior leadership, supervisory, or programdevelopment experience preferred Willingness to supervise fieldwork students Availability for fulltime hours, MondayFriday Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Why Quality Care?
